As I own my own business, a large proportion of my time used to be used following up part payments from clients purchasing 10-pack personal training sessions (not to mention trying to sell $800 packs of PT sessions, and convince people it's worth it). The direct debit system provided by PeopleHub has cut down my call costs, and time spent following up payments significantly.
Furthermore, clients are signing up on 1-2 year contracts, paying weekly or fortnightly, which is a great boost to my job security (a rare thing as a personal trainer!!). Also, it is easier to convert people to paid personal training when they don't have to part with huge sums of money, so my client base has increased by 1/3 already! The system that PeopleHub have devised is simple, effective, and easy to manage. I can log on and check my client's payments or fix a failed payment at any time. My client's enjoy the regular emails. This feature is a fantastic way to reduce the number of failed payments as it is a gentle and personal reminder about upcoming debits.
The staff are friendly, efficient, and flexible, which makes dealing with them a stress-free experience. I am always treated in a friendly and helpful manner, and my (numerous) questions are always answered promptly.

My partner and I run fitness business, and do not like dealing with cash.
